We are not a traditional print shop.
We have no storefront with rent and utilities adding to our overhead. Our printing service represents a hybrid of local social service, traditional production, and access to our network of print-partners throughout the USA. The majority of the orders we receive are produced through our exclusive partnership with NAMI DuPage’s Supported Employment program. This program assists people affected by mental illness, allowing them to gather the skills and support they need to find employment and/or get on the road to stability. High-quality print, competitive pricing, and supporting a local non-profit organization. That’s the win-win-win scenario we’ve created at Lemon Press Printing.
What to Expect
- Discuss your print needs with an account manager. All new clients are assigned an account manager that they can email or call on the phone to discuss their needs. In-person meetings are available by appointment at your place of business or at the NAMI DuPage office.
- Provide a print-ready file or use our design services. If you don’t have a design ready, you’ll work with our staff designer to create custom artwork that meets your needs. Otherwise, if your artwork is fully designed and ready to print, you can send it to your account manager via email, or use our easy file submission tool on our website. - Your order is sent to the best production method. We act as your single point of contact that funnels your order to where it’s best and most economically produced. Your orders may be printed at NAMI DuPage, on our own equipment, or through one of the several production facilities we’re partnered with nationwide.
- Completed orders can be picked up or delivered. We provide complimentary delivery for orders over $100 to any business address in DuPage county. Orders produced through our partnership with NAMI DuPage can be picked up at their location during regular business hours. If you’re located outside of DuPage county, we can ship orders directly to your home or business.
